Quality and Environment policy

The main productive activities of NTET SpA are turned to the manufacturing of fibre-glass composites parts for automotive, energy, transportation, telecommunication industry, electric components like terminal boards, sockets, and cabinets, polyethylene pipes, power generators, ladders, insulated hand tools, metal cabinets and shelters, poles.

Aware of global challenge, dynamism, and new market changes, the NTET Group Quality and Environment Policy considers customer satisfaction, market share and turnover growth are the main concerns.

For achieving these goals the NTET Management Board ask to its enterprises to carry out and to maintain effective and efficient its "Quality Management System" designed according to ISO 9001:2000.

Further, as environment respect policy, the Quality Management System is supported by the pursuance of ISO 14001:2004 rules for environment for all the manufacturing plants of the Group.

Yearly an Improvement Plan is carried out, defining and controlling key indicators in order to respect quality and environment rules inside business process.
The yearly plan defines the for each indicator the goal to pursue, the responsible function, the information source, end the measuring indexes.
